South Mountain is the largest city park in the northern hemisphere with over 60 miles of trails to be explored. Whether you are a hiking or biking there are endless posibilities for adventure right outside our front door. Not only are we at the base of South Mountain, but we are also right in the middle of ALL the action here in the valley. Our location is surrounded by mountains and parks as far as the eye can see. Of course, we have a little something we call the Cactus Stash. This gives you a selection of places to ride with different types of terrain geared toward varying skill levels. Whether you are looking for a mellow stroll around the desert or some of the highest rated singletrack in the country you can find it in the Cactus Stash.

South Mountain - Everything from winding buff singletrack to super gnar full blown downhill, South Mountain has everything.

Camelback Mountain - All hiking, no biking, but some of the best hiking around. Take the kids up Cholla Trail, or challenge yourself to make it up Echo Canyon. This is a great spot for hiking and it is right in the center or main town Scottsdale.

McDowell Mountain Park - The all time favorite in the area. McDowell Mountain Park is one of the greatest places to go for any skill level of bike riders or hikers. Whether you are a pro racer or a total newbie there is something out here for you. The trails are super buff, twisty, fun singletrack and they are all loops. This area is more secluded from the city so there is much more flora and fuana to be seen. For the serious mountain bikers out there you will definetly want to check out the competitive tracks.

McDowell Sonoran Preserve - Located on the west side of the McDowell Mountain Park this area is SUPREME for biking and hiking. Enormous climbs and descents with lots of flora and fauna and the most pristine trails you have ever seen. Nestled right in north Scottsdale this area is full of great challenges and rewards.Piestawa Peak - Yet another sweet trail system right in the center of Phoenix. Thousands of feet of climbing and descending are available in all ranges of technicality. While in Phoenix, hit the famous Trail 100 that runs through this park. You won't be dissapointed!
